Les Oubliées
The work is based on a process of rescuing very personal images. Some old small photographs founded in the artist’s basement are completely damaged and forgotten. By gathering them, cleaning them, scanning them, reframing and printing them in a very larger size than the original, they become witnesses of marks of time and memory. Some original details of moisture and chemical reactions becomes visible to the eye.
